Enhancing practitioners' engagement in research
There is increasing interest from a wide range of stakeholders in education including LEAs, researchers, and practice communities about how evidence and good practice are transferred between and within schools and colleges.
In addition, a number of projects are seeking to identify and classify the characteristics of research engagement in schools and colleges, and how successful practices can be scaled up.
NERF commissioned a project to investigate the current and potential contribution of practice-based research in schools and colleges. Working Paper 7.2 Research in Schools and Colleges presents the findings.
