National Evidence Centre for Education
NERF has developed a proposal for a National Evidence Centre for Education which could build on and coordinate existing initiatives in the field.
The main aim of a Centre would be to provide a high quality evidence base for people involved in education, whether professional or lay. It will enhance awareness of research evidence amongst teachers and lecturers; assist in policy development and inform parents, employers and other interested parties.
