Introduction to Evidence Mini-Guides

Being able to access evidence and know what to do with it once it has been sourced can be a challenge which is why a new set of online learning materials have been launched on eep to support  people wishing to make more use of evidence.

These free online materials or mini-guides are part of eep’s Evidence Support Programme (ESP) and they aim to help you find, understand and use evidence. They are based on research evidence as well as our collective experience of working with a range of practitioner groups and the initial questions they have about evidence based practice.

The mini-guides focus on finding, understanding and using evidence. They are structured so that as well as reflecting on your own practice, you also get valuable tips or pointers on accessing and using research evidence.

The mini-guides provide a taste of what we offer through our facilitated workshops. The workshops help practitioners to identify and explore specific knowledge problems and information on how to access evidence that can help to address those problems. If you are interested in booking an eep workshop on accessing and using evidence, please email educationalevidenceportal@gmail.com.
